Shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein

CARPASUS offers free shipping to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. You will receive your order within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) if you order from Switzerland or Liechtenstein. You will receive a Track & Trace number for shipment tracking with the delivery confirmation.

International shipping (outside CH, FL and EU)

You will receive your order depending on the country within approx. 6-12 working days (Monday-Friday) within Europe or 10-25 working days outside Europe. You will receive a Track & Trace number for shipment tracking with the delivery confirmation, if available for your country. The shipping costs for countries outside CH, FL and the EU amount to CHF 35.00. This fee will be borne by the buyer. CARPASUS offers free shipping for orders over CHF 250.00.

!!! Important: When shipping goods internationally, additional custom duties, VAT and import taxes can be charged. These need to be paid by the recipient upon the acceptance of the delivery.

Exchange

The article you bought is too big or too small for you or you wish another colour? No problem. You can exchange the article within 30 days after your purchase. For purchases between Please follow these steps:


1. Fold the article back into the parcel. Make sure it is protected from dust and dirt. Fill in the return slip or send us an email to contact@carpasus.com indicating the reason why you would like to change the article as well as the new size and colour.

2. The costs for the return are borne by the buyer. Please return the article in the original packaging and in an impeccable hygienic condition. The returned product will be dismissed, if:

  • the product shows visible traces of usage. Especially washed, worn, dirty, damaged or badly smelling products cannot be taken back
  • the product gets damaged due to the transport

Returns

You are not happy with your newly purchased product? That’s a pity! You have the right to return the article within 30 days after your purchase. Please pursue the following steps:

 

1. Fold the article back into the parcel. Make sure it is protected from dust and dirt. Fill in the return slip or send us an email to contact@carpasus.com indicating the reason for your return.


2. The costs for the return are borne by the buyer. Please return the article to us in the original packaging.

The returned product will be dismissed, if:

  • the product gets damaged due to the transport

3. After receiving and checking the product the value of the returned product will be refunded without the original shipping costs. The refund of the purchase price is made with the same payment method as the original payment reached us.

Important: If you return a product from outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, any custom duties, taxes or import taxes as well as the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
